Free pickup

We offer free pickup at our warehouse at Jordlottsvägen 15, 197 36 Bro.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You then have 2 weeks to pick it up.

Our pickup times are:

Saturdays 10 am–12 pm

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3 pm–6 pm

Remember to bring the order number and ID for the person who placed the order. Agents also need to show ID.

Shipping information

We use DHL as our delivery partner.

• Free shipping on orders over 999 SEK.
• Standard shipping within Sweden: 69 SEK

We ship your order the same or next business day after it is placed. In case of high order pressure, for example during launches, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Once the package has been shipped, it normally takes 1–5 business days depending on the delivery address.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected and returned to us, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged. This fee covers shipping and administration costs, and will be deducted from your refund. If the order was shipped with free shipping, the standard shipping fee of SEK 89 will also be added. (total of SEK 339)

Transport damage

If your package is damaged or appears to have been opened upon delivery, please report this immediately to the staff at the delivery location and do not accept the package. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
