Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns sent to us without first being requested will not be accepted.

• If the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days after we have received and checked the item. Please note that it may take a few days before the refund appears in your account depending on the bank's processing time.
• You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. The return must be sent with a traceable shipment.
• If the product is returned in broken packaging or is damaged, the return will not be accepted. In these cases, you as the customer are also responsible for the shipping back to you.

The package must be sent directly to our address. We cannot collect packages delivered to agents. Use a trackable shipping method that suits you, such as PostNord, DHL or Schenker.
In order for the return to be processed smoothly, please ensure that the product is well protected during transport and please attach the delivery note or a note with your order number.
Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals. Business customers are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints

Check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect - contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and help you.

Please note that minor color differences between the product image and reality may occur due to screen and lighting settings, and these are not accepted as valid complaints.

• A picture or short video that clearly shows the error
• A brief description of the problem
• Your order number
